These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site. This includes B2B buyers, procurement professionals, distributors, wholesalers, importers, and any other business entities engaging with QY Metal Parts for commercial purposes.

QY Metal Parts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using the Site in any way that may:

• Cause damage to the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site, or interfere with other users' access.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or any form of malicious software or code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, or related systems.

QY Metal Parts reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

QY Metal Parts manufactures and supplies custom metal hardware components including, but not limited to, Glass Standoffs, Sign Hardware, Acrylic Display Hardware, Rod Display Systems, Cable Hanging Systems, Cable Grippers, Wirevise products, and CNC Metal Parts. All products are available in materials including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and other metals.

Product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and materials displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. Due to the custom and OEM/ODM nature of our manufacturing, final product specifications are subject to mutual agreement as documented in formal purchase orders, technical drawings, or written agreements between QY Metal Parts and the customer.

QY Metal Parts does not guarantee the availability of any specific product or service at any given time. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products and services without notice.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, technical drawings, data sheets, and software, is the property of QY Metal Parts Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site content for your personal business evaluation purposes only. This license does not permit you to download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written consent from QY Metal Parts.

When customers provide drawings, designs, specifications, or samples for OEM/ODM manufacturing purposes, the customer retains ownership of their proprietary designs. QY Metal Parts agrees to maintain confidentiality of such materials and not to reproduce them for third parties without written authorization. Specific confidentiality and IP protection terms may be formalized in a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

The QY Metal Parts name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of QY Metal Parts Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

All orders are subject to acceptance by QY Metal Parts. An order is considered confirmed only upon issuance of a written order confirmation or proforma invoice signed by an authorized representative of QY Metal Parts.

The information and materials on this Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. QY Metal Parts makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QY Metal Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products and services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

In no event shall QY Metal Parts' total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the amount paid by you to QY Metal Parts for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

QY Metal Parts warrants that products will conform to agreed specifications at the time of shipment. Claims for defective goods must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt of shipment, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the non-conformance.

QY Metal Parts is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your business information. Any personal or business data collected through this Site--including contact information, inquiry details, and communication records--is used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining our business relationship.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Site and conducting our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise stipulated in a signed commercial contract between QY Metal Parts and the customer.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
